Adjunct Professor
Dr Saiqa Mohammedali Shaikh is Adjunct Associate Professor at the London School of Innovation. She strengthens LSI’s ambition to “upgrade reality” with technology by bringing a disciplined, evidence-led approach to AI. Her perspective is particularly valuable in a governance-minded academic culture, prizing clear standards, transparent methods, and responsible innovation. Saiqa is an AI and Machine Learning specialist with more than 15 years’ experience spanning research, higher education, and industry delivery. She holds a PhD in Computer Engineering and has taught and mentored across multiple universities, with expertise in machine learning, computer vision, data science, and signal processing. Alongside academia, she has led teams as a Technical Manager in AI/ML and data analytics and now works in data science and business insight, translating complex datasets into decisions. Her published work and research awards reflect both depth and practicality across domains including healthcare and agriculture.
